We are committed to breeding healthy Golden Retrievers and stand behind every puppy that leaves our home.

1-Year Health Guarantee

Protection against life-threatening genetic defects

All puppies are guaranteed to be free from life-threatening genetic defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

If a puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic condition within the first year, the buyer may choose:

Receive a replacement puppy of equal value from a future litter

Receive a partial refund of the purchase price, determined on a case-by-case basis

Diagnosis must be provided by a licensed veterinarian and confirmed by a second veterinary opinion if requested.

2-Year Hip & Elbow Guarantee

Extended protection for joint health

All puppies are guaranteed against severe hip and elbow dysplasia for a period of two years from the date of birth.

Severe dysplasia is defined as a rating of "moderate" or "severe" by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) or equivalent grading organization.

To qualify for this guarantee:

The dog must not be spayed or neutered before 12 months of age

The dog must be maintained at a healthy weight

The dog must not have been subjected to excessive exercise during the growth period (before 18 months)

Requirements & Exclusions

NuVet Vitamin Requirement

To maintain the health guarantee, puppies must be kept on NuVet Plus vitamins for the first two years of life.

NuVet provides essential nutrients that support immune health, joint development, and overall well-being. Information on ordering will be provided at pickup.

Exclusions

Conditions caused by accident, injury, neglect, or improper care
Common conditions such as allergies, ear infections, or parasites
Buyer is responsible for all veterinary care and expenses

Purchase Agreement Required

A signed purchase agreement outlining these terms and conditions is required at the time of pickup. This protects both the buyer and the breeder.
